The power of recommending the right thing

Hey Reader,

This past weekend was a blur, but in a good way. I was hopping online here and there, sending out updates, publishing about Labor Day deals, and doing my best to help others snag the savings I knew they’d love.

But somewhere in the middle of it all, I forgot to shop the sales myself.

My husband and I are currently in the middle of restoring one of our rental units. We’re putting in the effort to bring the space back to life and make it a great place for someone to call home.

One of the big things on our list right now is new flooring.

Thankfully the unit isn’t huge, but when you’re remodeling on a budget, every bit counts. So when I realized I’d completely missed the chance to grab flooring on sale over the weekend, I had to just shake my head at myself. I was so focused on helping everyone else get the best deals that I didn’t stop to take advantage of one I needed myself.

And honestly, it got me thinking.

That’s exactly why I do what I do. I take the time to share offers and post updates and hit send on emails when most people are off enjoying their long weekend. Because someone out there is going to catch it just in time and grab that deal. Someone’s going to get what they need, without paying full price.

Of course, others will miss it. Maybe they were busy with friends and family or weren’t checking their email. And that’s okay too.

The point is, as content creators, we can rest knowing that we did what we could to help people move forward in something they want or need—at the best price possible.

And that brings me to something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

We’re stepping into the fourth quarter. Holiday season. The wave of consumerism that’s about to hit is massive, and you still have time to set your business up to ride it.

Whether you’re into social media, blogging, email, or some combo of the three, this is the moment to get your marketing system in place. Because deals will come and go and people will be planning to spend. If you’re positioned to help guide them, there’s a huge opportunity waiting for you.

Don’t forget, Digital Wealth Academy is here when you’re ready to step into this online space.

You don’t need to be an expert to start. But you do need to be willing to learn a skill that could literally replace your income one day.

So wherever you’re at right now, just know I’m cheering you on. You’re not too late. In fact, you’re right on time.

Hey Reader, It's clear to me that so many are still searching for practical ways to earn more money. And it has nothing to do with wanting to get rich overnight, but because the math of everyday life has simply gotten harder. Groceries, housing, and raising a family costs more. Many people are doing everything right and still feel like they are constantly trying to keep up. Over the past ten years I have spent a lot of time studying how ordinary people create extra income from home. Some...

Hands holding a stack of dollar bills

Hey Reader, I have spent the last week reading through your replies, and I just want to say thank you. The responses were thoughtful, honest, and incredibly encouraging. So many of you shared that you are still looking for ways to earn more, manage what you have better, and build something steadier for your families. It helped me see clearly that the mission I started years ago still matters. Instead of just chasing bigger numbers, you want stability, margin, options, and ultimately a plan...

Hey Reader, I wanted to follow up after my last email and share something more personal. In January, my husband’s mom went to heaven. Losing her shook our lives in ways we never could have prepared for. At the same time, we are so confident that she is with Jesus and no longer in pain that gratitude continues to rise up even in the middle of grief. This season stretched longer than I expected. When I stepped away from a big portion of my business in September, I had no idea how much time we...
